GRACAP generally seeks investments with the following characteristics:

1. ✤Target acquisition size between $10 million and $50 million, with the ability to evaluate larger or smaller opportunities under special circumstances
   

1. ✤Assets can be located across the United States in major metropolitan areas, with a special focus on the Washington, D.C. region, New York City and surrounding regions, Las Vegas, Florida and California.
   

1. ✤REO and loans secured by REO.  We will only acquire loans with the objective of ultimately taking control of collateral REO.
   

1. ✤Income-producing single assets and portfolios.  Portfolios
   can either be homogenous or diversified across geographic locations
   or income profiles.
   

1. ✤Development projects
   

1. ✤Environmentally challenged assets that qualify for significant local
   and federal government support
